Shipping policy

At P3 Printing, we’re excited to get your custom-printed products to you! We’ve partnered with The Courier Guy, our trusted courier service, to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Processing Time

Since every item is custom-made, we need a little time to work our magic!

We aim to ship all order within 3-5 days of payment reflecting and print ready artwork approved. If printing is needed urgently, please contact us on WhatsApp to confirm timelines.

Design & Approval: 2 business days (This time is for you to approve the design before printing begins).

Production: Once your design is approved, please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be printed and prepared for shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You’ll see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

Once your order leaves our facility, The Courier Guy aims to deliver within these estimated timeframes:

Major Metros (e.g. Cape Town, Durban): 2 to 3 business days

Regional Areas: (Gauteng) 1 to 2 business days

Remote Areas: Confirmation from TCG depending on the area. Additional charges for outlying areas.

Please note: These are estimates, and delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like national holidays, extreme weather, or courier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number on The Courier Guy’s website to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Important Shipping Information

Accurate Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid any delays or undeliverable packages. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Delivery Attempts: The Courier Guy will typically make 2/3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, your package may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Receiving Your Order: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging, make a note of it when signing for the delivery, if possible, and contact us immediately.

Delivery Partners
We use The Courier Guy as our primary delivery partner for most orders, with Pudo available for select regions. in cases where they aren’t available, we use Cloud Logistics. Both partners provide reliable service across South Africa.

Delivery Locations
We deliver to physical addresses throughout South Africa. PO box addresses are not accepted.

Special Shipping Promotions
From time to time, we may offer special shipping discounts or promotions. These will be clearly communicated on our website and during checkout.
